MANILA, Philippines–Police are scouring the perimeter of Greenbelt 5 in Makati City after unidentified men robbed a watch shop in the posh shopping mall, a report from radio dzMM said Sunday.

Police teams were immediately deployed to hunt down the robbers, who could still be in the area.

The report did not identify the watch shop.

The area around the mall has been cordoned off, according to INQUIRER.net reporter Alexander Villafania who was within the vicinity at the time of the incident.

He said shoppers have been evacuated.
