Robbers in Greenbelt about few days ago, jeepney holdaper dead along J.P. Rizal, Makati few minutes ago… what’s next?

I am aware that heavy traffic in Makati City is a daily sight specially during rush hour. However, this afternoon was quite different.
I saw a group of people wearing the same color with a megaphone taking about politics along Poblacion. They are not causing any traffic but they are quite a sight and passengers can”t help but overhear their stand. Is it too early to campaign or not?
Along J.P Rizal, I saw a long line of people and a very disturbing traffic because there are a lot of police in Economia St and other nearby streets. It is rush hour and seeing many men in uniform is not pleasant specially in a busy street. I thought there was a campaign or something.
As my ride became closer to the bulk of people in the street, I can hear them talking about one dead holdaper. Apparently one guy attempted to hold-up a PUJ passenger and police with long guns responded quickly and the guy was dead. One girl was stabbed though =(
Here are some pictures:
What’s happening to Makati? Robbers in Greenbelt about few days ago, jeepney holdaper dead along J.P. Rizal, Makati few minutes ago… what’s next? Should we be worried?
Just my two cents…
